Going on vacation or taking a leave? You can still complete the campaign at any time using the account registered to your RBC work email address.

We strongly suggest using your RBC email address to register for this site and participate in campaigns. For individuals going on vacation or leave, we recommend taking the login details and password with you if you need to access this site or work email to reset your password. (All campaign communications will be sent to the email address in your site profile.)

If you have an existing profile on this website, another option is to temporarily change your registered email account to your personal email address. Simply log in to the site, and update the email address in your profile.

If you do not already have an existing profile, you may email your employee number and personal email address to [email protected] to be manually registered for an account. Please copy your reporting manager, so they are aware and can confirm eligibility. (Important Note for this Option: You can only have one login for the website. You will not be able to “merge” two accounts if you set up a different profile under a personal email.)
